Jonathan Thulin is an artist/songwriter based out of Minneapolis, MN. Originally from Sweden he brings unique writing to many different musical genres. Singing since he was a little boy, Jonathan says, "Music was always my passion, is my passion and will continue to be my passion". With his debut album "IMMOVABLE" released in July of 2006, Jonathan is pursuing what he loves and pushing hard to break the boundaries of a typical "Christian" artist. Though many of Jonathan's songs spark from his love for God, he also writes from his personal experiences, which makes it easy for his listeners to relate. His writing demonstrates a profound understanding of people’s needs today, through both the music and the powerful, well thought-through lyrics. His unique voice speaks to all ages as he handles most genres.

He feels a strong call to today’s youth and hopes to reach them through his music. He recently worked with a national artist who hired Jonathan as vocal coach. The CD, on which Jonathan did most of the background vocals, will be released nationally in June of 2008. When he’s not singing with the family, he produces other artists and loves working in the studio.

One of my favorite things to do is working in the studio. If I had it my way, I would do that full-time! I have a creative mind when it comes to writing background vocals, and I also love working with artists, encouraging them to sing beyond their own expectation. I work at several studios in the Twin Cities, vocal producing, writing, arranging and recording vocals for demos as well as full-length projects.
